By downloading, installing, or using SimpleWeather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
SimpleWeather is a weather application that displays current conditions and forecasts. The App retrieves weather data from the Open-Meteo API and presents it with a focus on clarity and design. The App is provided free of charge.
Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain and are generated by third-party models (Open-Meteo). SimpleWeather does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast. Weather information is supplied by Open-Meteo and other upstream providers. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with these data sources. Availability and accuracy of the service depend on those providers and may change or interrupt without notice.
SimpleWeather is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. Because no payment is involved, billing and refund clauses do not apply.

You may stop using SimpleWeather at any time by deleting the App from your device. Because there is no account, no further action is needed. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice.
SimpleWeather, including its visual design, animations, and software, is the intellectual property of its developers. Weather data shown in the App is provided under the terms of the Open-Meteo service and is displayed for your personal, non-commercial use.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
