Tap the "+" button on the Quotes tab. Select a company, add client details, then add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices. Preview the PDF and share it with your client.
When creating or editing a quote, tap the "Add Photos" button to take a photo with your camera or choose from your photo library. Photos are embedded in the generated PDF.
Open an accepted quote and tap "Convert to Invoice". Line items and photos are copied over as an independent snapshot — later edits to either document don't affect the other. The invoice moves from Draft to Sent to Paid as you go.
Open any invoice that isn't a draft and tap "Record Payment". You can record partial or full payments by cash, check, card, transfer, or other. Overpayments are kept as credit and applied to your next invoice automatically.
Yes. You get due-date notifications and overdue badges, plus three escalating reminder email templates (friendly, formal, final notice). When an invoice is fully paid, you can send a clean paid-in-full receipt in one tap.

Go to the Companies tab, select a company, and use the CSV export option (Pro feature). Individual quotes and invoices can be exported as PDFs via the share button — invoice PDFs include the payment history and balance due.
Open a quote and tap the calendar button (Pro feature) to create a calendar event with a reminder. The reminder fires 1 hour before the scheduled time.
