SiteQuote Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using SiteQuote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SiteQuote is a mobile application for contractors and tradespeople that provides:

• Professional quote and invoice creation with PDF generation
• Invoice payment tracking, balance and credit records, and payment reminder notifications
• Company profile management
• QR code-based client booking system
• Push notifications for new bookings and status updates
• Calendar integration for scheduling
• AI-powered features (iOS 26+) for Pro users

3. User Accounts

SiteQuote does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device with optional iCloud sync via CloudKit. Booking data submitted by your clients through QR codes is stored on our backend server to enable the booking workflow and email notifications.

4. SiteQuote Pro (Subscriptions & Legacy Purchase)

SiteQuote offers an auto-renewing subscription, SiteQuote Pro, that unlocks premium features including unlimited invoice creation, payment tracking with reminders, quote-to-invoice conversion, PDF branding controls, unlimited companies, unlimited line items, photo attachments, CSV export, and calendar integration.

• Plans & Pricing: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual (with a discount versus paying monthly). Current prices are always shown in the app before you purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically through your App Store account no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Cancellation: You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings, or via the "Manage Subscription" link in the app's Settings screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Restoration: You can restore an active subscription on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
• Legacy Full Version: Customers who purchased the one-time Full Version before subscriptions were introduced keep their Pro benefits permanently — no subscription is required

Free Tier: The free version of SiteQuote includes full quote creation and up to 3 invoices created per month, with a promotional watermark on exported PDFs. Upgrading to Pro removes these limits.

5. Booking Service

SiteQuote provides a QR code booking service that allows your clients to schedule appointments with you. By using this feature:

• You are responsible for the information displayed on your booking form (company name, contact details)
• Your clients' booking data (name, phone, email, job description) is stored on our backend to facilitate the booking process
• Push notifications and emails are sent to keep you and your clients informed of booking status
• You may delete booking data at any time through the app

6. AI Features

SiteQuote offers AI-powered features for users on iOS 26+ with Apple Intelligence enabled:

• Smart description generation from keywords
• Line-item suggestions based on your quote history
• Follow-up message drafting for sent quotes

All AI processing occurs entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers. AI suggestions are provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of all quotes and invoices you send.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including quotes, invoices, company information, and photos. We do not access, view, or store your content beyond what is necessary for the booking service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading quotes or invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the booking service to collect client data for unauthorized purposes

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
