Queens is a paid app. Your one-time purchase of $2.99 grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices linked to your Apple ID:
The App includes 300 pre-designed logic puzzles ("the Content"). The Content is provided for your entertainment:
Queens has no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no in-app purchases. The $2.99 one-time purchase unlocks all 300 puzzles permanently. There are no hidden costs.
Queens contains zero advertisements. You will never see an ad within the App.
Queens is designed to work fully offline. No internet connection is required to play any of the 300 puzzles.
If you choose to enable Game Center, Apple's terms of service apply to that service. Game Center participation is entirely optional.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Puzzle solutions are pre-verified for correctness, but we are not liable for any perceived unfairness in difficulty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Since the App is a standalone offline puzzle game with no financial transactions beyond the initial purchase, the risk of harm is minimal.
Purchase refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
We may release updates to the App from time to time, including new puzzles, bug fixes, or feature improvements. Updates are provided free of charge to existing purchasers.
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
